SECURITY AND YOUR PRIVACY Online shopping with Fitness by Brazil is
done through a secure gateway. We are committed to protecting your privacy at
all times. Fitness by Brazil recognizes the importance of data privacy. Visitors
to the Site can make use of the majority of the services provided, without
disclosing any personal information. We will only use your contact details for
our purposes with your consent and we will not pass any of the details on to
third parties. You may contact us at anytime to find out which information we
are holding. In most cases it will be your contact details including telephone
numbers and credit/debit card details for shipping purposes.
PAYMENTS If you order through PayPal, your details will be handled by
us on a secure server using encryption. We offer a good level of security that
you can be totally confident with. After placing an order online we will send
you an email to confirm receipt of your order. Once payment is received, we will
then dispatch the order in 2 business days. If items are out of stock, we will
notify you right away, not take payment, inform you when the item should be back
in stock, choose another item or cancel the order all together. We will only
take payment for items that are in stock and can be dispatch to you.
SHIPPING AND PACKING Full address and postage details are required. We
strive to dispatch in 2 business day, but if you need your order urgently please

we can let you know the extra costs. The price for shipping and packaging is:
Standard Delivery CANADA- Orders are shipped via Priority Mail from the Canada
Post. Once shipped, most orders will arrive within 4-5 business days. (Orders
can take 2-5 business days to prepare). Standard Delivery: CN$9,90. USA- We ship
to USA via Canada Post and orders will usually arrive within 10-14 business
days. Customs brokerage fees and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser |
